Selecting the right BI Tool
Each business' data environment is unique. Reports and Dashboards may be automated, excel based, or don't exist at all. Some teams may want to be hands on with the tool, while others just want the data.
The quality of the data may differ too. A company's data may not be their boldest achievement, or the data can be meticulously clean. The organization can be simple, or it can be a multi-entity, multi-ERP organization.
Each tool attempts to solve a problem - Give you Insights; however, understanding your team and the quality of the inputs will help select a tool that designed to give you the greatest advantage.
Implementation
We'll work with the BI integration team, map out the reports to transition, and put to paper new reports that don't exist yet.
As part of the implementation, we will set up a training success plan so that all users and stakeholders are informed of the progress of the implementation and training of the staff.
Report Migration & Development
We'll follow through to ensure the reports are completed according to schedule, according to your branding standards, and thoroughly tested. We'll also provide ongoing support, changes, and new development as needed.
